Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We do not provide refunds for items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to misuse or negligence.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds are not available until we have confirmed that the item is in its original, undamaged condition.
Once we’ve inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5 business days to process.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us by using the contact form and mention your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with further instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Carefully package the item, making sure it is secure to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the item back to us using your preferred courier service.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
International Returns
Customers outside of the Netherlands are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
