Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We do not provide refunds for items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to misuse or negligence.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds are not available until we have confirmed that the item is in its original, undamaged condition.

Once we’ve inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5 business days to process.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us by using the contact form and mention your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with further instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Carefully package the item, making sure it is secure to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the item back to us using your preferred courier service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

International Returns

Customers outside of the Netherlands are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
